Buying a home is an exciting step, and possibly the most important investment you’ll make in your lifetime. It is important for you to know exactly what to expect from your new home. The truth is, without a complete home inspection performed by a qualified professional, neither the buyer nor the seller can be absolutely certain of all the aspects of the property’s condition based on appearances alone.
My goal as a property inspector is to reduce the fear of the unknown and to provide you with all the knowledge you need to significantly reduce your risk and make the decision making process easier.
I encourage the client to attend and participate in the process of the inspection. Participation will enable the client to fully understand the generated report and learn about their new property. Participation will also be informative concerning future maintenance issues to keep the property in good working condition and avoid potential problems.
Are you interested in selling your home?
Sellers find that having a pre-sale inspection, not only gives their buyers piece of mind, minimizes the risk of last minute fall-throughs, helps the whole process move along a little faster, but also helps them identify anything that may cause an issue later and actually see a higher value out of their home with less negotiating.
